Our laboratory have electron microscope, direct-reading spectrometer, X-ray fluorimeter, infrared CS inspector, gas analyzer machine for Oxygen, Nitrogen and Hydrogen, industrial analyzer, UT inspection, metallurgical microscope, photometer, hardness tester, high and low temperature impact test machine, tensile test machine, forging test machine, end hardenability test machine, all kinds of planers, lathes, drill machines, milling machines, all kinds of crushing, grinding and screening rotary drum machines and other modernized sets of test, inspection and measurement devices. All above inspection devices are calibrated by national measurement department, and can carry out chemical analysis, grain size measurement, hardness test on raw materials, as well as chemical composition analysis, macro structure test, metallurgical structure inspection, end hardenability test, low temperature impact test, tensile bending test, macro-streak-flaw test, and Sulphur print test on all kinds of steel products.
